Snatch Balance!

Thursday at CrossFit Hove saw some work on the Snatch Balance!  In the Snatch Balance, the bar is racked as in the Back Squat, the Athlete then drops under the bar as quick as possible, landing in the Squat with the bar pressed Overhead!  the lift is completed when the Athlete stands up and performs an Overhead Squat!

The Workout was seven single lifts increasing the weight on every rep!

27.5kg 30kg, 32.5kg 35kg, 37.5kg, 40kg, 42.5kg

After this was a lovely METCON workout of

30 Sit-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings 20kg
x5

Time - 14:20

The Sit-ups are still one of my weak skills, but I'm getting better!
