Monday's workout at CrossFit Hove saw a warm-up of!

10 Ring Pulls

Before the METCON which was one of the Benchmark Girls!

11 Rounds completed!

This was my first Cindy in a CrossFit Box, and the first done as prescribed and not scaled!

So far she is not my favourite girl, which is Helen of course!  :-)

METCON

7 Ring Push-ups
9 Wall Balls
12 Sit-ups
7 Min AMRAP

Rest 2 Mins then

7 Pull-ups
9 Kettlebell Swings 20kg
12 Lunges
7 Min AMRAP

7 rounds in total, 4 Rounds in the first and 3 in the second!
