Brighton & Hove Olympic Lifting Club!

Today's Olympic Lifting class at CrossFit Hove, was my first Oly class since April when I PB'd with a 50kg Snatch!

Today I managed to get up to 47.5kg, which isn't bad after such a long break!  Lots of work needed though!
