Due to some welding work in progress at CrossFit Hove, the WOD was changed to
20 Kettlebell Swings
100m Waiters Walk
x5
Time 12:49
Followed by Death by Double Squats!
Do 2 squats the 1st min, then 4 squats the 2nd min and so on
I got up to 26 squats for 13 mins, with a total of 180 squats!
