Monday's class at CrossFit Hove saw a warm-up of
5 Pull-ups
5 Push-ups
5 Overhead Squats
Samson Stretch
x4
It was then onto the Strength workout which was Overhead Squats, starting off light and working upto single rep max effort. My SRME was 57.5kg a PR. :-)
We then did a team workout! With 4 teams of 2 Athletes, 1 Athlete did Kettlebell Swings while the other did a 100m Waiters walk with a Kettlebell (changing sides after 50m), 4 rounds for time!
I was paired with Anton, and our time was - 11:55
