While I was taking the 7pm class at CrossFit Hove, I decided that I wanted to do today's Workout "Helen"! This was my first WOD for over a week, as Miles is away on honeymoon and I've been taking the classes at CrossFit Hove in his absence.
So after the 7pm Athletes completed the WOD, I handed the stopwatch over and started "Helen", which is.
Run 400m
21 Kettlebell Swings (20kg)
12 Pull-ups
x3
My previous time the last time I did Helen on 08/03/2010 was 15:48
My new time is 13:48! Very pleased to have taken 2 minutes of my Helen time! :-)
