Monday's workout at CrossFit Hove looked at the Back Squat, and establishing 75% of 1 rep max so this weight could be used in the METCON!
After a warm-up of
100 Skips
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
Samson Stretch
Pigs on Skates

It was onto Back Squats
5,5,5,3,3,3
40kg,50kg,60kg,65kg,70kg,75kg (PB)
Then it was onto the METCON
5 Back Squats 50kg
100m Run
10 Min AMRAP
9 rounds completed (10 rounds - 10:50)
