First CrossFit Total!

Yesterday at CrossFit Hove saw my First CrossFit Total!

Establish 1 rep max in the following then add together for the total!

Back Squat - 80kg (PB)
Shoulder Press - 45kg (PB)
Deadlift - 105kg (PB)

CrossFit Total - 230kg
